Bread Machine Baked Soft Pretzels by ShanB
(2lb bread machine recipe)
1 c water or beer
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 3/4 c flour
3/4 tsp yeast1 egg, beaten
1 tbs water
measure first 6 into pan, set to dough. roll into 14X9 rectangle. cut into 18 1/2 inch strips roll into ropes. shape into a pretzel shape. brush with egg and water mix sprinkle with coarse salt. bake 350*F for 20-22 minutes until done
